Who is Heather?
Like many others, Heather's path to healing has been varied. It began with her mother's suicide. As a young girl of 12 years, Heather was searching for love and stability. She sought acceptance and accolades through school and sports. As the years passed, a feeling of numbness and discontent was ever present. She wanted to feel better, less anxious, more peaceful, greater joy but did not know how to get there. Years of school/art/sport accomplishments and parties did not provide the greatly sought-after relief.
In her early 20's, Heather began working with various counselors. At 24, a near death car accident shook things up, questions arose. What did she really want to do in life? Despite two college degrees, a financially solid career, 401k, etc. Heather was not happy.
At the ripe age of 33, Heather chose to follow her heart and left the corporate arena; a scary yet freeing move. "At times I wondered if I was going through a mid-life crisis early. Then I realized my soul had been calling; it was time to heed this sage advise." Several years later, her marriage ended and with it, the realization that she had to be completely real, vulnerable. She could no longer deny her intuitive gifts; it was time to share them with others.
